The Megger SPI4000 Smart Primary Injection Test System is a compact (233 kg), high-capacity system for testing low-voltage circuit breakers (up to 4000 A), switchgear, and current transformers, delivering up to 40,000 A. Controlled by PowerDB software (with optional STVI touchscreen), it features auto-adjusted firing angle to eliminate DC offset, constant current output, and precise measurements of current (±1-2%), trip time (±1% ±2 ms), and voltage (±1%).

Equipped with CBS-1/CBS-2 stab adapters, it supports series mode, automated testing with preloaded breaker curves, and instant pass/fail reporting via Ethernet. Housed in a rugged enclosure (78.8 x 86.4 x 53.5 cm) with wheels, it operates on 480 V (auto-senses 260-480 V) and includes safety features like ground interlock and forced-air cooling.
