The Fluke ii915 Acoustic Imager helps maintenance and electrical teams detect leaks, mechanical faults, and partial discharge issues before they cause costly downtime. Fluke designed this advanced acoustic imaging tool for industrial inspections, predictive maintenance, and high-voltage asset monitoring.

Using SoundSight™ technology, the ii915 converts sound into a visual SoundMap™ that overlays a live image. As a result, technicians can quickly locate faults, even in noisy industrial environments.

The built-in microphone array operates across a wide frequency range from 2 kHz to 100 kHz and detects issues from distances of up to 120 metres. In addition, adjustable frequency filtering helps reduce background noise and improves fault identification.

LeakQ™ mode provides leak size, leak rate, and estimated leak cost information. Therefore, users can prioritise repairs and reduce energy losses from compressed air, gas, steam, and vacuum systems.

MecQ™ mode helps technicians identify developing mechanical problems in equipment such as conveyors and rotating machinery. Furthermore, PDQ Mode™ classifies partial discharge activity, allowing electrical teams to detect insulation issues before failures occur.

The 5 MP visual camera, 3x digital zoom, and large 7-inch touchscreen provide clear images and intuitive operation. Meanwhile, Wi-Fi connectivity and Fluke Connect™ integration simplify reporting, documentation, and data sharing.

With acoustic imaging, partial discharge detection, and mechanical fault analysis in a single device, the Fluke ii915 provides a powerful solution for predictive maintenance, asset reliability, and electrical system inspections.
