The Fluke 789 ProcessMeter™ combines advanced multimeter functions with powerful loop calibration capabilities in a single handheld instrument. Fluke designed it for process technicians who need accurate troubleshooting, calibration, and maintenance of industrial control systems.

The Fluke 789 measures AC and DC voltage, current, resistance, continuity, frequency, and diode performance. As a result, users can carry out electrical diagnostics and process testing with one versatile tool.

In addition to its digital multimeter functions, the instrument measures, sources, and simulates 0–20 mA and 4–20 mA signals. Therefore, technicians can calibrate transmitters, verify loop performance, and troubleshoot process equipment efficiently.

The integrated 24 V loop power supply enables users to power and test transmitters directly from the instrument. Furthermore, the built-in HART mode adds a 250 Ω resistor to support work with HART-compatible devices.

Automatic step and ramp functions simplify calibration procedures and remote testing. The simultaneous mA and percentage-of-scale display also provides a clear view of process signal performance during commissioning and maintenance activities.

Fluke Connect® compatibility allows wireless data logging and measurement sharing when used with the optional IR3000FC adapter. Combined with its CAT IV 600 V and CAT III 1000 V safety ratings, the Fluke 789 is well suited to demanding industrial environments.

For professionals who require advanced loop calibration and electrical troubleshooting capabilities, the Fluke 789 ProcessMeter™ offers a practical all-in-one solution.
