The Fluke 787B ProcessMeter™ combines the capabilities of a digital multimeter and an mA loop calibrator in a single handheld instrument. Fluke designed it for technicians who need efficient troubleshooting and calibration of process control systems.

The Fluke 787B measures AC and DC voltage, current, resistance, continuity, frequency, and diode performance. As a result, users can perform electrical diagnostics and process calibration using one versatile tool.

In addition to standard multimeter functions, the instrument can source, measure, and simulate 0–20 mA and 4–20 mA signals. Therefore, technicians can test transmitters, controllers, and current loops without carrying separate calibration equipment.

Automatic step and ramp functions simplify loop testing and calibration procedures. Furthermore, simultaneous mA and percentage-of-scale display provides a clear view of process signal performance during commissioning and maintenance tasks.

The true-rms measurement capability delivers reliable readings on complex electrical systems. The CAT IV 600 V and CAT III 1000 V safety ratings also provide confidence when working in demanding industrial environments.

Fluke Connect® compatibility enables wireless data logging and measurement sharing when used with the optional IR3000FC adapter. For professionals who require dependable process calibration and electrical troubleshooting, the Fluke 787B offers a practical all-in-one solution.
